What products do we supply?

We supply clothing, headwear, bags, pens, conference items, business gifts, diaries, travel and leisure goods and much more. We’re constantly sourcing new products and suppliers so we’re sure to have what you’re looking for or we’ll know where to find it so please contact us for more information or request a quote.

What about Artwork?

Artwork will be required for any product that includes logo printing and a proof of artwork will be supplied for client approval prior to printing or embroidering.

Formats and files
Common types of formats and files used include:

• Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) file – the preferred format for the majority of logo printing application.
• Joint Photographers Expert Group (JPEG) format – a compression format for making graphic files smaller.  Logo’s supplied in JPEG format can only be used for embroidery set up.
• Tagged Image File (TIFF) format – Used for photographic images (unsuitable for logo’s)
• Portable Document Format (PDF) – Used for sending and viewing images only

If you don’t have artwork created, we can produce it for you. Any artwork that does not meet specifications will require changing and artwork costs will apply.

Printing types
Pantone Matching System (PMS) colours need to be supplied for most types of printing, whose types include:

• Embroidery - Excellent for polo shirts and caps and easily washed and ironed, a computerised embroidery machine stitches the image into the product.  Embroidery costs vary depending on the size of logo and stitch count.  One setup cost is charged, regardless of the number of colours used.
• Screen Printing – Popular on materials such as cotton, polyester, faux leather and plastics, ink is pushed directly through a fine silk screen, leaving an image on the product.  Setup costs apply for each colour used in screen printing and restrictions apply when printing on some flexible or heavy materials. Artwork for screen printing must be supplied in TIFF or EPS format and colour separation would need to be supplied.
• Pad Printing – Great for small plastic items such as pens, golf balls or plastic key rings or where logo printed is to be less than 50mm, ink is applied directly to the surface.  Like Screen Printing, artwork needs to be supplied in TIFF or EPS format and colour separation would need to be supplied.
• Laser Engraving – Used on metal items such as pens and key rings where the print size is small, artwork would need to be supplied in TIFF or EPS format.
• Blind Stamp and Deboss – Ideal for vinyl, leather and leather-look products, a die is pressed into the surface leaving a depressed imprint.
• Embossing – The image is stamped into the item, allowing the image to rise above the surface of the item and is commonly used on paper, leather or suede.
• Etching – Commonly used on glassware, a photographic process prepares a film mask which is etched onto the item.
• Laser Engraving – Great for silver or any metal products, a laser is used to burn an impression onto the surface of the product. 

Can I get a sample first?

On most items, we can obtain a pre-production sample however please note any costs incurred will be met by the purchaser. 

What are the payment terms?

We require payment of 50% of the total order on placement of the order with the balance to be settled on delivery unless otherwise negotiated.  Any charges incurred with alterations or cancellation of orders will be invoiced.

How long does an order take?

At the time of quoting, we will advise you on turnaround times for the fulfilment of your order.We ship anywhere and freight charges will apply on destination, quantity and time frame.

Below is a general sizing chart for men, ladies and children’s clothing. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
